Florence District One Offers Employee Online Services

Employee Self Service – currently will allow employees to view and print their payroll/direct deposit stubs and view and print their W2 forms.  In the future, they will also be able to make changes to their I-9’s, W-4’s, W-5’s, and Insurance information.

Purchase Order Requisition – Eventually this will allow an employee to enter a requisition to their school/department secretary/bookkeeper for items need to purchase from an outside vendor.  Although it is set up for the employee, we are starting at the secretary/bookkeeper level for these requests.

Doceview – Only bookkeepers/secretaries should have access to this for viewing district office filed information (timesheets, accounts payable checks, invoices, etc.)
